The magical process

Let's meet in person, grab a coffee and get to know each other better! I love a face-to-face meeting with brides - its the best way for each of us to get to know more about one another and our expectations. Bring all of your questions, thoughts and wedding planning goals and we will discuss!
After booking, we send an initial design questionnaire. This allows us to get an idea of pieces that are (and are not) important to you.

Once we approach the twelve month mark from your wedding date, we begin working through your design questionnaire and creating your custom design proposal.  Once your design is completed, we meet together to review the overall design and make small adjustments as needed! 
Each design is completely unique to you as a couple, as we do not have any pre-styled templates, nor do we re-use from previous weddings.  It will be uniquely YOU.

As we reach the three month mark, we begin to dive into fine-tuning your wedding weekend timeline, from the moment the first guest arrives into town until the last guest leaves.  Each item on the timeline will  be detailed for each day and event in your wedding weekend!

This is our time to shine - what we thrive on! Building and executing weddings are our team's passion. Whether we are traveling for your wedding or local to the Southeast, we are on location for every aspect of your wedding weekend. 
30 days out from your wedding we send a finalized wedding booklet with all of the designs, details and timelines for your event to you and each vendor. At this point, its your time to sit back, relax and enjoy your wedding!

Grab some wine, chocolate and a comfy seat. Leave everything to us. We will start with a face-to-face meeting to discuss design goals and dream wedding vision. I'll build out design boards for you to reflect how we are building out your wedding day as well as estimate your budget. You will receive a carefully curated experience at our boutique planning and design company.

Our team will source all quotes, contracts and design details for your wedding day, as well as source all fine touches personally to fit your aesthetic!


Yes! Every wedding with Maready & Co. includes Day-Of Coordination. Each wedding also receives a Wedding Weekend Packet 30 days prior to their wedding date, including a timeline, layout designs, mock-ups, wedding menus, bar details and any other pertinent items for your wedding weekend!

Will I get a personalized timeline?

We do not have a minimum budget as design costs can range greatly based on guest count; however, most of our couples spend a minimum of $80,000-$150,000 on their wedding day. We advise our brides that a good rule of thumb is to budget at least $1,000 per attendee.

Do you have a minimum budget?

Yes! Every bride that books with us receives a list of our most preferred vendors in each planning category based on their design style. We  only select the best of the best for our brides and have received stellar service from every vendor on our list. 

Do you have a list of preferred vendors?

A retainer is paid at the time you sign your contract and ensures your date is held. It also serves as a "good faith" deposit that affirms your belief in us and our process to give you the best wedding planning experience!


Depending on the extent of services you require you would want to book 6 - 18 months out from your wedding date. Send us a message and we can discuss a more personalized timeline for your wedding!


It's a printed 3D digital rendering of your full wedding design. It will show all of the key pieces of your day, including the venue, table scape, floral design and rentals. Our 3D renderings help brides visualize their wedding day design prior to the actual weekend.This is an optional add-on for any package!
