THE PROCESS

The magical process
01/04

Let's meet in person, grab a coffee and get to know each other better! I love a face-to-face meeting with brides - its the best way for each of us to get to know more about one another and our expectations. Bring all of your questions, thoughts and wedding planning goals and we will discuss!

Hey friend,
let's grab a coffee

02/04

Once we've had the opportunity to chat, we will discuss your budget, personal planning needs and select the package that best suits you.  We will dive in deeper to the specifics of the package we select to review inclusions and customize (if needed).

03/04

We require a retainer and signed contract to hold your wedding date.  Once we receive both from you we will begin setting up your Aisle Planner account, where we will track budget, RSVPs, vision boards and all other information relevant to planning your big day!

let's reserve your date!

04/04

We typically take a few weeks to build out design boards, adjust budget and draft initial layouts. From there, we begin acquiring quotes and sourcing samples. Discussing every aspect of your wedding day design on the front end allows us to ask and answer all of the necessary questions and make room for communication!

Design Process

Grab some wine, chocolate and a comfy seat. Leave everything to us. We will start with a face-to-face meeting to discuss design goals and dream wedding vision. I'll build out design boards for you to reflect how we are building out your wedding day as well as estimate your budget. You will receive a carefully curated experience at our boutique planning and design company.

Our team will source all quotes, contracts and design details for your wedding day, as well as source all fine touches personally to fit your aesthetic!

THE CONCIERGE
EXPERIENCE

Yes! Every package comes with Day-Of Coordination and a personalized timeline to show delivery times, setup schedule and order of events for your wedding day.

Will I get a personalized timeline?

We do not have a minimum budget as design costs can range greatly based on guest count; however, most of our couples spend $60,000. We advise our brides that a good rule of thumb is to budget an estimate of $500 per attendee.

Do you have a minimum budget?

Yes! Every bride that books with us receives a list of our most preferred vendors in each planning category. We  only select the best of the best for our brides and have received stellar service from every vendor on our list.

Do you have a list of preferred vendors?

A retainer is paid at the time you sign your contract and ensures your date is held. It also serves as a "good faith" deposit that affirms your belief in us and our process to give you the best wedding planning experience!

WHAT IS A RETAINER?

Depending on the extent of services you require you would want to book 6 - 18 months out from your wedding date. Send us a message and we can discuss a more personalized timeline for your wedding!
