I graduated from Winthrop University in 2013 with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and worked between Customer Service and Finance for most of my career before starting Maready & Co. Events in 2018. Planning my own wedding propelled me into the world of events and design, and I haven't looked back!

My favorite elements of planning are by far our vision boards, design meetings with couples, and dreaming up creative floral concepts. 

In my free time, I love spending time with my family and curling up to read a good book. I can't get enough of a good love story - which certainly makes sense with my profession! I love love and I hope to help you celebrate your wedding day with your family and friends!

NICOLE MAREADY
OWNER & FOUNDER

It’s so nice to meet you! While I may be relatively new to the wedding business, I am no stranger to weddings. I have been a bridesmaid thirteen times and have attended over fifty weddings, and I’ve loved every minute of it!

I graduated from the University of South Carolina Upstate in 2019 with a Bachelor's Degree in Middle Level Education. I taught 7th grade English for five years before I decided it was time for a career change, joining the Maready & Co team in March of 2024. 

In my free time, I love spending time with my husband, family, and friends. Feeding people is my love language, so I will find just about any excuse to throw a party. I’m Ukrainian by birth, love all things coffee, and find joy in serving at my church.

I absolutely love being a part of the Maready & Co. team and cannot wait to work alongside you to make your special day perfect!

ERIKA LATZKA
LEAD PLANNER & DESIGNER

It's so nice to meet you! My name is Annalysse Colasurdo, and I am a Lead Planner & Designer with Maready & Co Events. I graduated from Clemson University in 2025 with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. 

Before stepping fully into planning, I worked in social media marketing, managing accounts for wedding planners and creatives in the industry. Through this experience, I quickly realized I didn’t want to just capture these moments behind a camera–I wanted to be the person designing and executing them. My behind-the-scenes exposure provided a strong foundation, so the transition into this role was only natural.

Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors–whether that’s hiking with my dog or working in my garden. I’m often hosting friends and family, testing out new recipes and happily claiming the title of “hostess with the mostest.”

My favorite part of the wedding day is watching our brides walk down the aisle. After all the planning, everything pauses for a second, and you can truly feel the love in the room. I’ll never get tired of that moment.

Lead Planner & Designer

My name is Michaela, and I'm a newlywed with a passion for helping brides plan their dream day. My journey into wedding planning began with an internship at Maready & Co., but it was my own wedding that truly ignited my purpose. It taught me that a wedding is more than just a beautiful day; it's a sacred covenant and a joyous celebration of God's design for two people.

I'm a graduate of Bob Jones University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Arts, which means I love to visualize and create. But what I love most is a beautiful, organized plan that allows a couple to focus on their love, their friends, and their family.

Growing up in Michigan gave me a deep love for the outdoors, especially the calm beauty of a day by the lake. Go Blue! When I'm not working with my beautiful couples, you can find me enjoying quality time with my husband, exploring the outdoors in his Jeep, and finding joy in the simple things, like a Culver's Rootbeer and a Jimmy John’s sandwich.
